ContentProof is an AI content detection and authenticity verification service designed to help writers and content agencies demonstrate that their work is human-written. The service:

• Analyzes submitted content and provides a human-written authenticity score
• Generates shareable verification certificates and embeddable badges
• Is available on a pay-per-verification basis (Single plan) and through monthly subscriptions (Writer and Agency plans)
• Includes free daily verifications with premium features available under paid plans

You agree to use ContentProof responsibly and lawfully. You must not:

• Submit content that you do not have the right to submit or that violates others' intellectual property rights
• Submit illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized parts of the service
• Abuse the service with excessive requests, automation, or attacks
• Use ContentProof for any purpose other than verifying your own authentic content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

Payments: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a premium plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Refund Policy: If you wish to request a refund or cancel your subscription, please contact us at lars.janer@learnbase.com.br within 7 days of your payment. Refunds are issued at our discretion for eligible requests.

Subscription Auto-Renewal: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.

Your Content: You retain all rights to content you submit to ContentProof. We do not claim ownership of your articles, blog posts, or other written work.

Our Service: ContentProof, including its AI detection algorithm, verification certificates, badges, and design, is the intellectual property of LearnBase Ltd and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

Certificates and Badges: You may use your verification certificates and badges for personal or professional purposes (e.g., sharing with clients, displaying on your portfolio or website).

As-Is Service: ContentProof is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• 100% accuracy in authenticity verification results
• That the service will meet your specific requirements

No Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearnBase Ltd and ContentProof will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or business opportunities.

Your Responsibility: While ContentProof provides authenticity verification, you remain responsible for the accuracy and originality of content you submit. Verification certificates should be used alongside other evidence of content authenticity when building client trust.
